What is your return policy?
We make a product we stand behind, but unfortunately due to the nature of the product we cannot offer refunds. If you are having any issues or concerns, please reach out & we will do our best to make it right. 

Does cosmetic damage affect usability?
No, the items listed with cosmetic damage are 100% functional. Since its a handmade product, scratches happen. That's why we let you know and offer a lower price on the product. 

How long will it take to finish my custom order?
6-8 weeks. Once finishing details are confirmed, we will start production. If we foresee any delays we will let you know. 

Do you do custom designs?
We can't guarantee anything, but we love to hear your ideas & thoughts. Blades have been created previously from our follower's ideas (like the Holdfast)  

Why 80CRV2?
80CRV2 is our personal favorite steel to work with. We do work with other steels, but have just grown fond of the durability & edge retention of 80CRV2. It allows us to provide you a high performance blade for an affordable price. 

Are custom knife deposit refundable?
No, deposits on custom knife orders are non-refundable.

What is your warranty?
We have a lifetime warranty. Since we build tools that are made to last, if anything happens to your blade under normal working conditions, we will replace it.  Abuse is not covered but reach out to us and we will do the best we can do. 

Does your warranty cover the sheath or handle material?
We can't promise you will never chip or crack your handle or sheath, but let us know if anything happens and we will do our best to make it right.
